Press the Caller ID key (Code 574) to view the stored Caller ID records for your extension’s 25 most recently received calls. Use the scroll keys to navigate through different calls. The Caller ID key will light only when there is a missed call.

To find the call received history on an ESI 24-Key Feature Phone, look at the Caller ID key. It will light up only when there’s a missed call. You can scroll through previous call records using the phone's display. The display will show different classifications of calls, such as answered calls (ANS), missed calls (MISS), and voice mail (VM). If you want to dial a displayed caller, press FLASH/RDL (or REDIAL on some models). To view the phone number instead of the name, press 2. To delete a record, press 7 while it is on the display.
