Remote start the vehicle To remote start the vehicle: The doors and the hood must be closed.. Press one time on button and release. Once the vehicle has started, the parking lights will stay ON while engine is running. (3, 12 or 20 minutes, according to what was installed.) To remote start the vehicle Press on button 1 time and release, the vehicle will shut off. -
