Printer cannot or will not open

not installed or has an issue
with the installation.
There is a file access issue,
insufficient memory, or system
resources to start the
application.
Description or Causes
Possible paper or ribbon jam.
There is a problem
communicating with the
printer, or there is an error
condition on the printer that
is not allowing the calibration
application to communicate
with the printer.
Solution
Install the calibration
application. See the User's

Printer Calibration Application.

system administrator.

• Close the Calibration
Application.
• Check the operator control
panel on the printer for the
error condition and correct it.
• Restart the calibration
application and continue

is on and the USB cable is
connected to the computer.
