Hill Climb Program:

This program starts with a slight, stepwise increase in pedaling resistance then drops back to the starting resistance.
This cycle is repeated, each time adding an extra level of resistance to the work phase.
POWER ON Start Display
ENTER
"SELECT LEVEL".
ENTER
ENTER
ENTER
"ENTER DISTANCE"
Adjust Maximum Heart Rate value.
Set resistance LEVEL.
Set WEIGHT.
"ENTER TIME"
Set workout TIME.
Workout will begin after 3 second count down. (default
workout time is 20 min.)
