The interval program switches between work and recovery phases.
POWER ON Start Display

"SELECT LEVEL".
ENTER

"ENTER DISTANCE"

"ENTER CALORIES"
Set resistance LEVEL.
Set WEIGHT.
"ENTER TIME"
Set workout TIME.
Set DISTANCE goal or Press Enter to Skip
Set CALORIES goal or Press Enter to Skip
Workout will begin after 3 second count down. (default
workout time is 20 min.)
