The Align Cartridge dialog box appears on your screen. Depending
on the cartridge combination you have installed in your printer, a
test page with one or more alignment patterns is printed. Each
pattern has a number under it.
Below are example test patterns:

From each alignment group on the test page, locate the number
under the alignment pattern that comes closest to forming a
perfectly straight line.
For example, in sample group A, pattern 5 comes closest to
forming a straight line.

In the Align Cartridges dialog box, enter the numbers from the
printed test page as the appropriate alignment settings.

After you have entered a number for all of the patterns, click OK.

Repeat steps 2-4 until the patterns print to your satisfaction.
