Using the printer software
You can open the Printer Properties from almost any application. This
allows you to change printer settings for each document you print. To
open the Printer Properties:

Open the application's File menu.

Choose Print (or Printer) Setup.

In the Printer Setup dialog box, click the Properties, Options, or
Setup button (depending on the application).

Change settings as needed.
When you open the Printer Properties from Windows, the settings apply
to all print jobs, unless you change them from the application.

From the Start menu, choose Settings, then choose Printers.
