Add a Ferrite data line
on to the TV power cord.
This filter is available at
RadioShack, or other
electronic supply stores.

Use true RMS reading meter

Keep input voltage above
11 volts to maintain
regulation.
Replace battery.
Use lower gauge wire. See

Keep wire length as short
as possible.
