Mouse
The Secure KVM rejects the mouse– (see message below).

port was rejected by the secure
KVM switch.
Please use a different device.

• This problem is not related to Belkin Secure DCU
• Replace the mouse
• Follow instructions in the Secure KVM User Manual

CAC
CAC is not working on one channel. A CAC enabled channel does
not show CAC on the display.
• Make sure the PC is connected and powered, and the OS has
loaded.
• Connect the CAC device directly to the PC and verify it is working
properly.
• Verif y a CAC USB cable connects to the PC and to the
corresponding CAC port on the KVM switch back panel.
• Verify that the CAC enabling slider on the front panel of the Secure
KVM is set to enable CAC for that channel.
• Follow the instructions in the Secure KVM User Manual.
