All Data Arrays on the FieldServer are initialized to zero on rebooting or starting up. A zero value in the Data Array assumes no problems with
the devices, but if a problem existed before the startup and the device comes out of problem, the FieldServer will attempt to decrease the
number of problems by 1 and this generates the error. Data from the FieldServer should not be considered reliable until the "System Normal"
message has been returned.

Description
A message was received from an
unsupported device or the address of
the device is not in the correct
format/location.
The driver attempted to decrement the
trouble counting number to a number
less than 0.

Call Tech support.
This occurs due to poor synchronization
between the FieldServer and the Notifier
panel or because a problem existed before

connection.
. It will rectify itself upon
"System Normal" message. Check the
configuration file to identify the address
and memory area type mapped to this
offset and the Data Array which is causing
the error.
