3.1.9 Removing the power transformer
(See Fig.23)
• Remove the metal cover, rear panel, amplifier board and 5CD
changer mechanism assembly.
(1) From the top side of the main body, disconnect the wire
from the connector
PW101
(2) Remove the three screws R attaching the power transform-
er on the bottom chassis.
(3) Take out the power transformer.
3.1.10 Removing the main board
(See Figs.23 and 24)
• Remove the metal cover, rear panel, amplifier board and 5CD
changer mechanism assembly.
(1) From the top side of the main body, remove the screw S at-
taching the earth wire on the bottom chassis. (See Fig.23.)
(2) From the forward side of the main board, disconnect the
wire from the connector PW101. (See Figs.23 and 24.)
(3) Disconnect the power cord from the connector PW103.
(See Fig.24.)
(4) Remove the screw T attaching the main board. (See
Fig.24.)
(5) Disconnect the connectors (CW101, CW102, CW105) on
the main board from the front panel assembly in the direc-
tion of the arrow. (See Fig.24.)
3.1.11 Removing the FL board
(See Fig.25)
• Remove the metal cover and front panel assembly.
(1) Form the inside of the front panel assembly, remove the
four screws U attaching the FL board.
(2) Take out the FL board from the front panel assembly and
disconnect the card wire from the connector
forward side of the FL board.
