Drive Pulley Installation
1. Install drive pulley with split taper bushing on
gearbox vertical shaft. Make sure key and
keyways are aligned.
2. Position centerline of driie pulley 0.98
above mounting surface of gearbox stand as
shown. This is a very criiical dimension and
must be held. Alternately tighten split taper
bushing set screws to 2 kg/m (14 Mbs). Check
mounting distance to make sure it is correct.
