12. Attach the cover to the front corners of the cart
by pulling the elastic loops through the eyes

13. Insert the connecting sleeve through the
opening in the front of the cover, and align the
two mounting holes with the support tube.
Attach the connecting sleeve to the support
tube, using two 114 x 112 inch pan-head
screws, two clamps, and two 1/4 inch lock nuts.
Insert the screws from inside the connecting
sleeve. Install the nuts over the clamps. Tighten
the nuts securely.
