OPERATING THE SYSTEM

Please make sure that all connections have been made to the system before the power is connected,
failure to do so may result in damage to the system and may void the guarantee.
1.
Switch on the Control Box. Check the system is operating by listening to the sound of the
antenna.
2.
The power voltage of the Control Box should be measured using a multimeter to ensure
that the supply voltage is not less than 12V DC under operating conditions.
3.
Switch on the Set-Top-Box, if used. Check different channels to see if the video and audio
is being received correctly.

PRECAUTIONS

> No user-serviceable parts inside.
> Use a dry cloth to clean the unit. Do not allow electrical equipment to be exposed to rain or moisture.
> If there is a problem DO NOT remove the cover. Contact an authorised dealer.
> Your receiver is designed for use in a bus, boat, caravan or similar vehicles.
> Do not connect any unsuitable equipment to the unit as this could cause permanent damage or danger.
> Remove the batteries from the remote control handset if it is not to be used for long
periods. Non-removal could result in damage to the handset caused by leaking batteries.
> Dispose of batteries correctly in order to protect the environment.
> This receiver is a non standard satellite receiver and is only to be used with the
Maxview Omnisat Dome Auto Satellite System. If you connect an LNB to the output
of this unit, it may cause damage to the LNB and/or receiver
