JP17: CPU Overclocking

Use JP17 when overclocking the CPU bus speed from 100MHz to
133MHz. Refer to the table below. Note that some processors cannot be
overclocked because their bus speed has been 'locked' by the
manufacturer and overclocking can cause the system to hang or become
unstable.
