Each of the cooking functions requires
you to use the cast iron pot placed on
the Induction cooking zone in the base
of the oven. This cast iron pot has
been provided along with two trivets
to allow the induction oven to function.
please refer to the section on trivets for
usage.
When using the induction function,
you MUST position the cast iron pot
on top of the glass eco induction zone
in the bases of the cavity (as shown).

Your induction oven can be used to
slow cook food in the same way as
a conventional slow cooker. The
slow cook zone is from 60°c to
120°c as a guide. These have a
predetermined cooking time after
which the oven will turn off automatically.
Food can be placed directly in the
pot when slow cooking.
