Exposure to Radio Frequency Signals

This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set
forth for an uncontrolled environment. This device complies with
FCC SAR limit of 1.6 W/kg. The maximum SAR value measured
when used at the ear is 1.02 W/kg. The telephone has also been
tested when worn on the body using belt clip. The maximum
measured SAR value in this configuration is 0.689 W/kg. This
device must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with
any other antenna or transmitter.
Use of non-Ascom approved accessories may violate the FCC and
IC guidelines for RF exposure and should be avoided.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules and with
Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s).
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
