Cause & Troubleshooting
• This message will appear if you remove a BD-R/DVD-
RW (VF mode)/DVD-R disc that has not been
finalized.
• See *5 on p.139.
The temperature inside the camcorder is too high. In this
case, proper writing/reading HDD/disc may not be
possible. Turn off the power, then wait for a while.
This message will appear when dubbing has failed.
No more recording on this card can be done. Delete
unnecessary stills or use another card.
• Error occurred while recovering DVD-RAM/DVD-RW.
Format the disc. If the same message persists after you
format the disc, use another DVD. Note that all data on
the disc will be erased if the disc is formatted.
• See *2 on p.139.
An error has occurred with the inserted DVD which
cannot be repaired. Replace the DVD.
Error occurred while recovering HDD/BD. Although the
recovery was unsuccessful, you can continue using HDD/
BD.
This message will appear when power is supplied again
and the disc is reinserted after power was shut off during
finalization due to a power failure, etc. Choose "YES" to
make sure finalizing is complete.
Format the HDD before using the camcorder.
Formatting the HDD will delete all data recorded on it.

another disc.
