Possible cause and remedy
The sensors which recognise the waste container are dirty.
^ Remove the waste container and clean the interior where it
is located. Ensure that the space to the top right and left is
clean.
^ Push the waste container into the machine as far as it will
go. Close the front.
The coffee capsule was not pushed onto the capsule plate.
^ Open the machine front and remove the capsule carousel
and carousel runners.
^ Clean the area under the carousel runners. It is particularly
important to clean the sensor which is used to recognise
the capsule chambers as well as the recess in the floor.
Dry everything with a soft cloth.
^ Replace all parts and close the machine front.
The coffee capsule was not pushed onto the capsule plate
correctly and could have been damaged.
^ Open the machine front and remove the capsule carousel
and carousel runners.
^ There is an opening to the right of the slot for the capsule
plate. Check whether a coffee capsule is lying on top of
the capsule plate.
