Problem solving guide
With the aid of the following guide, minor problems can be easily corrected
without contacting Miele.

Warning. Do not open the outer casing of the machine.
Repairs may only be carried out by a suitably qualified and competent person
in strict accordance with national and local safety regulations. Repairs and
other work by unqualified persons can cause considerable danger to users.
The manufacturer cannot be held liable for unauthorised work.

^ Follow the instructions to remedy the problem.

Possible cause and remedy
There is a fault.
^ Switch the coffee machine off with the On/Off sensor
Wait for one hour and then switch it back on again.
If the fault message appears in the display again, contact
Miele.
The capsule carousel is jammed and cannot turn properly.
^ Open the front of the coffee machine.
^ Pull the carousel runners out and check whether one of the
capsules is not positioned correctly in the carousel.
^ If all capsules are correctly positioned, push the carousel
back into the machine.
^ Close the front.
If the fault message appears in the display again, contact
Miele.
