17. Remove screw and cover from the front top-left corner
of the refrigerator. Reinstall the cover on the front
top-right corner and secure it with the screw.
18. Pull the loose end of the wire harness from opening
in the refrigerator top. Pull the loose end of the wire
harness and the ground wire from the opening in the
top of the refrigerator door. Being careful not to pinch
the wires, install the left-upper hinge and secure it
with the three bolts.
NOTE: The reversing door parts are supplied with the
refrigerator. They are located in the bottom refrigerator
door shelf.
19. Connect the ground wire to the top hinge and secure
with screw. Connect the reed switch connector to
the wire harness coming from the top of the door.
Connect the housing connector to the wire under the
upper left hinge cover. The third wire coming from the
top of the refrigerator is not used.

NOTE: The reversing door parts are supplied with the
refrigerator. They are located in the bottom refrigerator
door shelf.
NOTE: If the reed switch is not reconnected, an
alarm bell will go off in 2–3 minutes and the fridge
temperature display will flash. If the housing connector
is not reconnected, the entire temperature display will
not come on.
WARNING
Do not damage the wires or connectors. Pinched or
cut wires or damaged connectors can result in electric
shock, fire, personal injury, and/or product failure.
20. Carefully install the left-upper hinge cover over the
wires and hinge and secure with screw.
21. Check the door alignment, door opening, and
operation of the refrigerator and freezer lights by
opening the refrigerator and freezer doors.
