5-8. BASIC COOKING
PROCEDURES

1. Choose the desired product by pressing the UP or DOWN
button, then press the START button to begin preheating.
2.
Season product and load onto spits.
3.
Once READY LED is lit, use the MANUAL ROTATION
switch to load product into rotisserie.
4.
Press the START button again to start the Cook Cycle. The
READY LED turns off and the COOK/HOLD LED turns on.
5. At the end of the Cook Cycle, the tone will sound and the unit
will automatically go into a Hold Mode.
6.
If no hold time is programmed, the top display will show
"DONE" and the tone will sound until the STOP button is
pressed.
7.
During the Hold Mode or at the end of the Cook Cycle, the
product can be removed from the unit.
