A.) Attach the Rocker Tube (#17) to the bracket on Front Cross Tube (#21). Secure it with one
M8 x 1 5/8" Hex Bolt (#16), one Ø 5/8" Washer (#18), and one M8 Aircraft Nut (#19).
Note: Do not over tighten the Nut and Bolt. The Rocker Tube needs to be able to
move smoothly.
