FM MODE

Selecting the FM input source

1
Press »M« to open the main menu.
2 Select »FM« with »
– The most recently selected station is played (Last Station
Memory).
– Display: the preset number, the frequency and the station name.

Selecting presets in steps

1 Select the preset with »
– Display: »CH« and, for example, »2« with the frequency and
the station name.

Selecting presets directly

1 Select presets 1 to 9 directly with the number buttons »1« to »9«.
ST
– Display: »CH« and, for example, »02« with the frequency and
the station name.
2 Select presets 10 to 40 by first entering the tens with the number
button »+10« and then the units with »1« to »9«.
– Display: »CH« and, for example, »25« with the frequency and
the station name.

Stereo/mono reception

If the device is receiving a stereo broadcast, »ST« appears in the
display. If the signal from the stereo channel is weak, you can im-
prove the sound quality by switching to mono reception.
1 Switch to mono reception with »
Mono
– Display: »Mono«.
2 To switch back to stereo, press »
– Display: »ST«.
Notes:
If the device is set to stereo reception and is receiving a mono
signal, »Auto« appears in the display.
The mono/stereo setting is stored for each preset.
