Setting the custom equalizer

The "myEQ" sound setting allows you to make your own personal
equaliser settings.
1 Open the audio menu by pressing »DSC/UBS« briefly.
2 Select the »my EQ« sound setting with »

If you do not press any button within five seconds, the device will

automatically quit the setting.
3 Select the »BASS« with »
value (min. »-4«, max. »+4«) with »

value (min. »-4«, max. »+4«) with »
– The sound setting menu is switched off after approx. 5 secs and
the set value is stored.
Switching the Ultra Bass System on and off
1 Select the »UBS« sound setting by pressing and holding down
»DSC/UBS«.
2 Switch the ultra bass system on and off with »

– Display: »UBS ON« or »UBS OFF«.

Setting the display

1 Press and hold down »DISPLAY« to open the function.
– Display: the menu for the display.

5 Select the »Contrast« with »

required value (min. »1«, max. »8«) with »
3 Select the »Brightness« with »
required value (min. »1«, max. »4«) with »
– The display menu is switched off after approx. 5 secs and the
set values are stored.
Notes:
In standby, the brightness of the display is one level darker than
when operating.
In battery operation, the backlighting in the display switches off
after approx. five seconds.
