3. Put the new orifice into the orifice removal
tool (B), and then insert the tool into the
burner opening and tighten the new orifice
into the valve.
Repeat this step for all three burners.
Make sure you are using the correct
orifice, which is marked "1.37". (Fig. 3)
4. Rotate the air shutter opening from the
LP setting to the NG setting.
LP: 1/4" open
NG: 1/6" to 1/8" open

Searing Burner Conversion
1.
Loosen the ignition pin screws at the front of
searing burner. Remove screws at the back of
searing burner to detach it from bracket. Then lift
the burner while sliding it out of firebox.

2.
Insert the provided orifice removal tool (B)
into the burner opening and unscrew orifice
from end of valve.(Fig.6)
