In idle mode: Press to playback messages.
During TAM message playback: Press to stop playing messages.

In predial or editing mode: Press and hold "0" to insert a pause.
10 CLEAR/MUTE (
In main menu mode: Press to go back to idle screen.
In sub-menu mode: Press to go back to previous level.
In editing / predialling mode: Press to clear a character / digit.
During a call: Press to mute / unmute the microphone.
During ringing: Press to silence.
11 CALLS ( )
In idle mode: Press to access the call list.
In editing mode: Press to move the cursor one character to the right.
12 INT (INTERCOM)
In idle mode: Press to make an internal call.
13 SPEAKERPHONE
In idle mode or Phonebook/ Call list/ Redial list view mode: Press to make a call with
speakerphone.
14 (DOWN)
In idle mode: Press to access the Redial List.
In menu mode: Press to scroll down the menu items.
In Phonebook list / Redial list / Call Log: Press to scroll down the list.
During a call or TAM message playback: Press to decrease the volume.
15 DELETE
In TAM message playback mode: Press to delete the message playing.
In idle mode: Press and hold to delete all old TAM messages.
16 FWD / MEMO (
In idle mode: Press and hold to record a Memo.
In TAM message playback mode: Press to skip forward to play the next message.
17 TAM ON/OFF Indication
On steady when the answering machine is turned on and there are no new messages.
Flashes when there is a new message.
