4 - Troubleshooting the SAGEM F@st

All LEDs lit

This state indicates that the software has not been correctly downloaded from the PC to the
modem. This may happen if the installation procedure is interrupted before it is finished.
Proceed as follows :
! Disconnect then reconnect the USB cable between the PC and the modem.
If the modem still doesn't start up :
! Disconnect then reconnect the power cable from the modem.
If the problem remains, uninstall the drivers and restart the installation of the software as
described in § 4.1.

No access to the wide area network

The LEDs should indicate that your equipment is operating normally:

! If they do, a link is theoretically set up between your SAGEM F@st™ 1000 and the wide
area network.
! If not, refer to section 4.3.
However, you may have problems accessing a WEB page or a remote machine.
