The remote control buttons are defined as:

Toggles power.

Powers on the HDS4x2.
ON
Powers off the HDS4x2.

Brightens a dimmed display.
BRI

- Selects an input.

- Selects an output zone.

- Sequences a zone through inputs.

VID VID
Turns off breakaway feature, both audio and video will be switched.
A/V
Sets audio breakaway, only audio will be switched.

Buttons that are grayed out are not used by the HDS4x2.
1. Turn over the remote control, the battery compartment is on the bottom.
2. Press the small tab towards the center of the remote to unlatch the bat-
tery compartment.
3. Pull the battery holder downward to open the battery compartment.
4. Insert the battery so that the (+) side is facing upwards.
5. Push the battery holder back into the remote control, until it latches in
place.
