Click [Start] and click [Printers and Faxes] to open the Printers and
Faxes folder.
If you are using the Windows 2000, click [Start], select [Settings], and click [Printers]
to open the Printers folder.

Click the [Add a printer] in the Printer Tasks menu.
When using the Windows 2000, double-click [Add Printer] icon.
The Add Printer Wizard dialog box appears.
