When Each Reserved SB Is Incorporated in a Partition

If One or More Partitions Are Powered Off

Among the powered-off Reserved SBs, the Reserved SB with the highest SB number is used first.
If All Partitions Are Powered On
n
The Reserved SB with the highest SB number is used first.
=> Then, the partition with this Reserved SB is shut down.
[Example] When the Reserved SBs (SB#1, SB#2, and SB#3) for Partition#0 Belong to Other Partitions
