3.2.1 Partitioning Design Rules (1/2)
One or more usable SBs and one or more usable IOUs are required in one

partition.
For important works, it is recommended to set them in a partition with the
n
lowest partition number and also incorporate SBs with lower SB numbers in the
partition.
It is recommended to specify the SB with the lowest SB number as the Home SB.

When including DUs and PCI Boxes in a partition, include the IOU for
n
connecting these components in the same partition.
Note that the performance and the number of software licenses may vary if
n
Reserved SB switching occurs or the system configuration is changed.
