I can't use the application anymore
The application does not react anymore.
Please follow the steps below for a compulsory emergency shut down. In
this case the data edited in the application will be lost.
1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del.
The Close Program box appears.
2. Click the application were No response is displayed
3. Click on the End button.
The application finishes.

I can't print out
The printer is not turned on.
Please follow the steps below:
Turn off the computer, then first turn on the printer and then the
computer.
The cable is not properly connected to the port. Please make sure the
connection is correct.
The connected printer and an additional printer are set.
Please confirm the printer settings.
1. Click Start, Settings, and Printer.
2. Right-click on the icon of the connected printer.
The shortcut menu appears.
3. Check the item Set As Default Printer.
I can't get a completely correct printout
You are using a printer that is not ECP compliant.
Please change the printer mode settings.
1. Start the BIOS Setup, go to System Devices and Parallel port, there
select Enabled or Auto
2. If you selected Enabled, set the Mode to Bi-directional or EPP
Renew the printer driver.
Please contact your printer's manufacturer for information on how to obtain
a driver.
