PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

Check valve clearances, adjust if necessary.

VALVES
Check condition, gap;

SPARK PLUG
Clean and reset if necessary.

CARBURETOR
Check idle speed, Starter lever operation.
1. TPS (Throttle Position Sensor)
CAUTION :
1. Do not Tamper/Adjust with TPS (fig-1)
2. Do not Open BS (Butterfly slide) Valve Screws (fig-2)
Clean, inspect & lubricate. (replace if necessary)

AIR FILTER

Check fuel hose, for cracks or damage.

FUEL LINE
Replace if necessary.
Check for free flow of petrol, cleanliness of filter bowl,

FUEL FILTER
replace if necessary.
Replace with recommended oil - Yamalube SG Grade

ENGINE OIL
(Warm engine before draining)
Wash with petrol
8
ENGLINE OIL FILTER SCREEN
Check operation./ Adjust if necessary.

BRAKE REAR
Grease the brake cam.
10
BRAKE SHOES-REAR
Check for wear, replace if necessary.
Check Level Refill if necessary

BRAKE FLUID LEVEL
Check for scoring marks on disc Face and Run out

BRAKE DISC
13
BRAKE PADS
Check for wear
Check for leakage
14
MASTER CYLINDER & CALIPER
Check operation, fluid level and vehicle fluid leakage

FRONT BRAKE
Replace Brake Pads
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE AND MINOR REPAIR
