Practical tips for using the burners
For better burner performance and minimum gas consumption, pans
with flat, even bases and with lids should be used, and their size
should be in proportion to the burner (see "5.5 Pan diameters").
During cooking, in order to avoid burns or damage to the hob top, all
pans or griddles must be positioned inside the outer edge of the hob
and at a minimum distance of 5-7 cm must be maintained from the
knobs.
If the flame accidentally goes out, turn off the control knob and wait at
least 1 minute before trying to re-light the burner.

Do not use griddles or plates to cook or heat food on the ultra-rapid/
triple crown burner;
Do not place aluminium foil under the burners during use
It is not advisable to use earthenware or steatite pans to cook or heat
food
