Breaking in
The first 1,500 km (approx. 930 miles) are
of immense significance for the service
life and performance of your car's en
gine.
During the break in period:
Do not drive at full throttle.
Shift gears in good time, i.e. when the
gear indicator tells you to do so.
Avoid driving at high engine speeds.
Driving
When the break in period is over:
You can gradually start to drive your car
faster, progressing up to top speed and
maximum engine speed.
