Danger of explosion!
If the positive terminal of the
connected battery is allowed to make
contact with vehicle components, there
could be a short circuit which could
ignite the highly explosive gas mix
ture generated by the battery. You and
others could sustain serious injuries
as a result.
When disconnecting the battery, al
ways disconnect first the negative
terminal, then the positive terminal.
When connecting the battery, always
connect first the positive terminal,
then the negative terminal.
Do not loosen or disconnect the bat
tery terminal clips while the engine
is running.
Environment!
Do not dispose of batteries with
the household rubbish. Dispose of de
fective batteries in an environmental
ly responsible manner.
Bring them to a smart center or a col
lection point for old batteries.
