Hi-Fi

This function produces high image quality copies.
This function cannot be used with duplex (1-sided to
2-sided or 2-sided to 2-sided) copying.
Sort cannot be selected with this function. Even if the
document feeder is used, the GROUP mode will be
automatically selected.
When the Hi-Fi function is set, the allowable range of
copy ratio will be 50% to 400%.
When this function is selected, the exposure mode will
be automatically set to the photo mode. Other exposure
modes cannot be selected.
Even if this function is cancelled, the photo mode will
not automatically be cancelled.

Place the originals in the document feeder tray or on the

document glass.
The single pass feeder (SPF in AR-280) cannot be used for this
function. Use the document glass in the AR-280.
2 Press the SPECIAL MODES key.
The SPECIAL MODES screen will appear.

3 Press the "IMAGE EDIT" key on the touch panel.
The IMAGE EDIT menu will appear.

Image rotation cannot be performed with this function.
Some special functions such as MULTI SHOT and
REPEAT COPY cannot be used with this function.
When a function which cannot be used with this
function is selected, the message "THIS FUNCTION
CANNOT BE SELECTED IN THIS MODE." will
appear.
