Assigning authorisation from the
handset
You can use this function to prevent individual hand-
sets from dialling external numbers.
You can set the following authorisations
G
Internal+external – the handset can be used with-
out restriction
G Ext incoming – the handset can be used for internal
calls, and external calls can be accepted
G
Internal only – the handset can only be used for in-
ternal calls
F
Display the list of the internal users.

Select the required handset.

Enter the PIN and confirm
(factory setting 0000).

You can use barred handsets to dial the emer-
gency numbers stored at the base station (see

Setting direct inward dialling

When direct-inward-dialling is set an external caller can
call the internal number of your handset directly.
