6 SCOPE OF THE WARRANTY
The LOGICOM supplier warranty is valid for normal use of the device as defined in the
instructions for use.
Damage to this appliance caused by external factors is excluded from this warranty.
In particular, the warranty is not applicable if the appliance has been damaged as a
result of a fall, a shock, incorrect use or use with a connection which is not compliant
with the instructions or France Telecom requirements, or due to lightening, mains overvol-
tage, or insufficient protection from heat, humidity or frost.
The warranty applies to Metropolitan France only.
Whatever the circumstances, the legal warranty for latent defects will apply in conformity
with articles 1641 onwards of the Civil Code.

Parliament and the Commission concerning the pan-European connection of unique terminals
to public switched telephone networks (PSTN).
However, as there are differences between each country's PSTN, compliancy does not consti-
tute an absolute guarantee of optimal operations at each PSTN network termination point.
In the event of a problem, please contact your supplier first.
