Recording a number and a name in the phone book

You can record up to 25 entries (25 figures for the number and 12 characters for the
name) in the phone book.
The name and number must be entered.
Follow the steps below to record a number and a name in the phone book :
• The handset is on standby (no call tone).
• Press key
(7)
• "PHONE BOOK" is displayed on-screen.
• Press key
(7)
• "ADD" is displayed on-screen.
• Press key
(7)
-"NAME" is displayed on-screen.
• Enter the name of the correspondent you want to add to the memory by using the
alphanumeric keypad (see the section on

• "NUMBER" is displayed on-screen.
• Enter the phone number corresponding to the name you have already recorded by
using the alphanumeric keypad.

• "ADD" is displayed on-screen.
