You can output the following reports from the operation panel.
Copy status report
Machine status report
Coverage report
NOTE:
Ensure that A4/11
A coverage report is a report on which the number of printed sheets and the average of blackness ratio for
each paper size are written. The following four items are included:
Total digital dot coverage report
Copy digital dot coverage report
Printer digital dot coverage report
Fax digital dot coverage report

8 " paper is set in the cassette when printing a report.

Press to select Print Report, and then

press the Enter key.

Press to select the report to print, and then

press the Enter key.
The report is printed.

Press the Reset key.
The message display returns to the copier basic
screen.
