Adds reception report (reception date, sender's FAX number, job number or number
of pages to be received) to the received document.

Access 413.Footer.
If you are unsure how to use this route map refer to Accessing Menu Items on
page xii.

Press or to select, On or Off and press [OK]. The display returns to the
ready screen.
After transmission, outputs the report to inform whether the transmission is correctly
performed or not.
Setting Value Description
Prints communication details after each transmission.
On
Prints a report only after errors or transmission is canceled.
Error
Prints no report.
Off
