Key
CONTINUE/
(1) This key forcibly cancels errors and resume printing when printing is halted due to
3 key
errors such as memory overflow.
(2) This key functions as the 3 key during mode selection. It moves upward in the mode
select menu and moves the cursor left.
EXIT/MODE key
(1) This key interrupts settings when pressed during mode selection. (See page 2-23)
(2) This key is used to start and end the next mode selection and make settings.
This key is used in relation to the interface, emulation, fonts, character code set, memory
card operations and optional hardware, etc. (For details, see the menu hierarchy given at
the end of this manual.)
+ key
These keys are used to select menus and change setting values while making settings with
the MODE key. Holding either key down activates an auto-repeat function causing menus
– key
to continuously change.
FORM FEED
(1) This key is used to forcibly print a form feed on the last page when a print timeout
occurs.
and 4 key
(2) This key functions as the 4 key during mode selection. It moves downward in the menu
hierarchy and moves the cursor right (See page 2-23).
(1) This key confirms settings selected during mode selection.
ENTER/
(2) This key prints a status page (online). (See page 2-19.)
STATUS key
(3) This key determines the paper source while Use alternative? is being displayed.
(See page 5-10.)
