3.15 Object detection

Using this menu, user can set the conditions to activate the built-in "Motion detection" and
"Object tracking" functions.
Motion detection
Use this menu to specify motion detection window 1 to window 4 and set the conditions for
detection while observing a captured image.
Present MDD:
To enable or disable the MDD (motion detection data) function. The motion object/area will be
marked by red block while this function is enabled.
Window 1 to 4:
User can specify up to 4 areas to monitor the image captured by this device. By dragging
mouse on the image, you can change the position and size of the window accordingly.
Threshold setting side bar:
Define the threshold level of moving object detection that is common for all the windows. The
threshold level is used to judge whether or not there has been any motion in the window. Move
this bar to the right will increase the threshold. An alarm is triggered when motion that exceeds
the threshold level is detected in the window.
Move the slide bar to right will increase the threshold.
Power:
Show the detected power of the motion detection within the specified window.
