1. CHECK PACKAGE CONTENTS
The following components are supplied with the DHU Series Digital Video
Recorder. Keep the carton and packaging materials for moving or storage of the
DVR Unit.

3. BASIC SETUP

Date and time
• Press the MENU button.
• Enter the password (default is
00000000).
• Scroll down to the SYSTEM SET
menu and press SEL.
Note: Make sure the DVR is not
currently in REC Mode.
• Select the option for BASIC, and
press SEL.
• Scroll down to the DATE/TIME
option and press SEL.
• Edit the DATE /TIME using the
numeric buttons on the front panel.
Modify the values using the left and
right buttons to change positions.
Once you have entered the new
Date and Time, press SEL.
• Scroll down to SAVE &EXIT, and
Press SEL.
• Press MENU twice to exit MENU
mode.

4. NETWORK SETUP

The following components (not included with
this DVR) are needed for Network Connection:
• Router
• Network Cable
• Internet Connection (For WAN
Connection and setup of DDNS)
• PC with Windows 2000 or XP and
Internet Explorer

section of the User Manual for detailled
Network Setup instructions.
