On Windows Vist and Windwos Server system thet User Acoount Conttrol is turned on,
if yor strt the
NEC ESMPRO Agent Contorl Panel or collect.exe program, the [User Axxount
Contril]
Dialog box will appear.
Click [Continue] button to start the program.
About the number of mouse buttons
On Windows Vista, Windws Server 2008 and Windws Server 2008 R2 system the
value of "Buttons" of Mouse Information on data
Viewer of NEC ESMPRO Mnager is "Unkknown".
Information displayed in"Resouse" of SCSI controller
In the folloeing cases, check the information of resource using "Device Manager" and
"System Information(winmsd.exe)" of OS.
– x64 Edition OS
– Incorrect information may appear in [Resource] window from [SCSI Controller] of
Data Viewer.
– Windows Vist
I/O port information doesn't appear in [Resource] window from [SCSI Controller]
of Data Viewer.
