Run the "Computer Management" from the "Administrative Tools".

Right click on top of the tree in left pain, and click "Connetct to another computer
..." from menu.

Input the system name of Windows Server 2008 R2 Server Core system into
"Another Computer" textbox and click [OK].

Configure the SNMP settings.
