E-mail
address: Key in your
e-mail address.
My
name: Key in your name or
nickname if you want the
recipient to see it.
Outgoing (SMTP)
in the address of the outgoing
e-mail server.
Incoming server
POP3
or IMAP4. If the
incoming e-mail server
supports both types, select
IMAP4. Changing the server
type also changes the port
number for incoming e-mail.
Incoming (POP3)
POP3 user name
password: These settings are
shown if you have selected
POP3
as a server type.
Enter the address of the
incoming e-mail server and
then enter the user name and
password that are needed to
access your e-mail account.
If you have not defined your
SMTP user
name, the e-mail
server uses the POP3 user
name instead.

messages that you send.
Use SMTP
authorisation:
Set this setting to
your e-mail service
provider requires
authentication for sending
e-mail. In this case, you
also have to define the
SMTP user name
SMTP password
SMTP user
name: Key in
the user name for the
outgoing e-mail server
that you have obtained
from your e-mail service
provider.
SMTP
password: Key in
the password for the
outgoing e-mail server. If
you do not define the
password, the phone asks
for it when you make a
connection to your e-mail
account.
