Voice messages

Voice mailbox is a network service
and you may need to subscribe to it
before using it for the first time.
Press Menu in standby mode, and
select Messages and
messages. Select Voice mailbox
number to save the number of your
voice mailbox or Listen to voice
messages to call it.
Each phone line may have its own
voice mailbox number, see
outgoing calls on page 46.
Tip: To quickly call your voice
mailbox, press and hold

Info messages

This network service allows you to
receive messages on various topics
from your service provider.
Press Menu in standby mode, and
select Messages and
Select
• Info service and then
allow or prevent the receipt of
info messages on the active
topics or Topic index
phone to receive a topic list from
the network.

inactive, add a new topic to the
list, or edit or delete the existing
topics.

Only info messages in the
selected languages will be
shown. If you select All, info
messages in all languages will be
shown.
• Info topics saved on SIM card
add new topics to the SIM card or
to delete existing topics from it.
This menu is shown only if
supported by your SIM card.
• Read to view the received info
messages. Select the topic and
view the messages by scrolling
through them. To pick a number,
e-mail address or Web address

possible to receive info messages.

Message settings

Text message settings affect the
sending of text messages.
Multimedia message settings affect
the sending and receiving of
multimedia messages. E-mail
settings affect the sending and
receiving of messages in the
submenu.
The Font size setting in the
settings submenu affects text and
multimedia messages.
